About The Role
We are seeking passionate, well-connected individuals to serve as Country Representatives and help promote immersive travel experiences to Nepal. This is a flexible, remote role focused on connecting travelers with authentic, culturally rich journeys that go beyond the typical tourist experience.
Whether you're a travel advisor, freelancer, content creator, or community builder, this is an opportunity to represent purpose-driven travel while growing a meaningful career path in the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Promote curated travel experiences to Nepal through your local or digital network
- Generate and refer qualified leads - individual travelers, group tours, or partner agencies
- Collaborate with the central team to help customize itineraries and support pre-sale engagement
- Represent the brand at local events, travel fairs, or within niche communities
- Ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all communications
- Submit basic monthly activity reports and join regular check-in meetings
Who You Are
- You have experience or strong interest in travel, tourism, or cultural exchange
- You’re connected to a community, market, or audience that values experiential travel
- You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and excited to grow with a mission-driven brand
- You’re comfortable working independently and communicating remotely
- Fluency in English is required; regional language skills are a plus
Compensation & Growth Path
- Commission-based compensation for each confirmed and paid booking
- Commission rates vary depending on package type and market
- Top performers may qualify for a retainer-based engagement (monthly fixed payment) upon meeting sales milestones (such as 10 confirmed trips in 12 months)
- Long-term opportunities may include full-time employment or regional leadership roles
