Offer description

We require an enthusiastic, hardworking employee to join our team in an Sales / Administrative support role.

We require a friendly, confident person with strong communication skills who is able to follow instructions, and willing to learn this position.

Lots of variety

hours per week – ( 2 x 5 hour days – Monday to Friday - Days / Times Flexible )

Located in Osborne Park

DUTIES INCLUDE

Invoicing

Purchasing

Organising Freight

Customer service and sales

Answering phone calls and emails

Filing and preparing documents

Personal assistant duties

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong computer skills in

* Microsoft Word

* Excel

* Outlook

Sending and Replying to emails

Scanning and Photocopying Documents

Strong communication skills

Basic Mathematic skills

Neat printing

Good phone manner

Fast Learner

Reliable person with good initiative

10. Effective at working in a small team environment
