The Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the delivery of municipal and community services in remote locations, ensuring operational excellence, delivering impactful outcomes, and fostering community connections.
* Mentoring and developing a diverse team, fostering professional growth and strong workplace culture.
* Building partnerships with local schools, health clinics, and other organisations to enhance community outcomes.
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and managing budgets effectively.
* Promoting environmental sustainability and adhering to best practices.
* Coordinating resources to meet the dynamic needs of the community.
What You Will Bring:
* Leadership experience in operations and/or municipal services.
