Overview
As the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator at Ford and Doonan Osborne Park, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of the company's purchasing and inventory processes. This full-time position is based in Osborne Park, WA 6017, and will see you collaborate closely with various teams to maintain a well-stocked and organised warehouse operation.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders for goods and materials required for operations
* Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to maintain optimal stock availability
* Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials in the warehouse
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing and inventory transactions
* Assist with the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and goods
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the procurement and inventory functions
