Enterprise Sales Director Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our Public Sector industry expansion in ANZ. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic partnerships and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Named Enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships and negotiating complex deals.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Executives, ensuring they meet or exceed quarterly targets.
Cultivate executive-level relationships within the IT space, leveraging these connections to close high-value deals.
Requirements:
Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams in the B2B technology sector.
5+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, with a strong focus on public sector customers in ANZ.
Expertise in navigating complex sales processes, including multiple stakeholders and negotiations based on business value, legal, and procurement.
Able to set and manage quotas, driving team performance and success.
