Just Coordination of Supports (Just COS) providesonly Support Coordination services – Level 2, Level 3 and Recovery Coaching. We are looking for another passionate, self-directed person to join our fast-growing team.
Your new role
A Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach plays a critical role in supporting NDIS participants and their support network to navigate the NDIS, understand their NDIS plans, and connect with local providers and community-based programs. You will deliver high-quality transition support for people living with varying circumstances and levels of complexity, helping them build their capacity, independence, and exercise their choice and control.
Your experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant qualification (Cert IV in Community Services and/or extensive experience in the disability sector) and:
* Knowledge of the NDIS and disability sector
* Experience in reading, understanding, and implementing NDIS plans
* Experience connecting participants to services using a person-centered approach
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
* Current driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to travel to clients
* High stress resilience and emotional intelligence
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid Certificate
* Working with Children Check
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative
* Strong organizational and time management skills to work independently and manage caseloads
* Excellent IT, administrative, and report writing skills
* Ability to manage budgets, negotiate, mediate, and solve problems
