Job Title: Timekeeper
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Timekeeper to join our project-based team in Karratha. As a key member of our site-based team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely recording of labor hours and site attendance.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating daily Synchro Perform exemption reports, cross-referencing records with RFID and INX data, escalating any anomalies to supervision and HSE for welfare checks, coordinating with HR and Payroll departments, maintaining audit-ready timekeeping records, liaising with construction supervisors, subcontractor timekeepers, and project controls teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate daily Synchro Perform exemption reports
* Cross-reference records with RFID and INX data
* Escalaate anomalies to supervision and HSE
* Coordinate with HR and Payroll departments
* Maintain audit-ready timekeeping records
