In this full time Senior Waiter opportunity, your day-to-day will involve:
* Delivering premium service on the floor while role-modelling high standards of food, wine, and guest engagement.
* Conceptualising, delivering and measuring the effectiveness of pertinent training sessions to improve FOH sales & service efforts
* Coaching and supporting team members in real time, from onboarding new hires to reinforcing upselling and service techniques.
* Running pre-shift briefs, tastings, and training sessions to build confidence and product knowledge across the team.
* Supporting Supervisors with stock control, POS accuracy, compliance, and waste reduction.
* Helping to maintain venue presentation and safety standards, ensuring FOH always reflects brand expectations.
* Contributing to team culture by motivating staff, giving feedback, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
