About the Role
Are you passionate about building long‐term client relationships and driving value in healthcare technology? We're looking for a proactive and relationship‐focused Client Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of Health Software clients. This role is central to ensuring exceptional client experiences, maximising retention, and identifying growth opportunities within our Medical Director solutions portfolio. As a Client Manager, you'll take ownership of your portfolio, ensuring clients receive consistent support, timely issue resolution, and measurable value from their Telstra Health solutions. You'll combine strong account management capability with commercial acumen to strengthen partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and grow a national portfolio, driving retention, renewals and upsell opportunities.
* Deliver an exceptional client experience that builds loyalty and long‐term partnerships.
* Proactively uncover and close revenue opportunities while exceeding retention targets.
* Strengthen relationships through consistent outbound engagement and responsive inbound support.
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase real client value.
* Partner cross‐functionally and provide market insights to continuously improve outcomes.
About You
* Experienced in customer success, retention, account management, or similar client‐facing roles, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales or retention targets.
* Strong client service and relationship management skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships and close sales over the phone.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong data entry and data management capability with high attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams.
* Ideally you have experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) within the health industry and/or software/SaaS environments.
