Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and client service support across residential, commercial, and SMSF loan processes
* Assist with loan packaging, application submissions, and client communications
* Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing from application to settlement
* Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced Mortgage Brokers
* Over time, take on increasing responsibility with a view to becoming a fully-fledged broker
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in mortgage/lending support or financial services (1–2 years preferred)
* A genuine interest in becoming a Mortgage Broker
* Certificate in Mortgage Broking
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A client-focused, professional attitude
* Willingness to learn and grow within the team
* Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
