**About the Role**
We are currently seeking to appoint a Learning & Development HR Business Partner with a leading NSW Government agency to lead and manage the development and delivery of complex projects in collaboration with project teams and key internal and external stakeholders to support achievement of
program and organisational objectives.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead the design, development, establishment and delivery of workforce enablement and transformation projects to deliver measurable uplift in workforce capacity, capability and culture to meet the requirements of the Transformation of Support Services (TSS) and other Reform Programs Directorate deliverables.
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage program and sub-project implementation, including resources and governance
- Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of programs, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation project impact and quality measures
- Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and project deliverables are met.
- Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging issues and present recommendations
- Manage the development and delivery of workforce enablement and transition projects in compliance with organisational processes and procedures including the management of tactical change and risks within the project life cycle for allocated schemes.
- Monitor and report on the status of progress towards meeting project delivery milestones, identifying potential obstacles to achievement and solution options to avert or mitigate associated issues,
**About You**
- Tertiary qualification or experience in the field of Human Resources, project and change management is desirable and advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in working in a large, complex organisation on change and/or workforce transformation projects
