Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Enrolled & Registered Nurses, you will provide person‐centred, high‐quality care to our residents. This includes bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services based on each resident's needs. You will demonstrate compassion, sensitivity and maturity while carefully attending to the personal and dignified needs of each individual. Availability is required across afternoon and night shifts.

Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent).
* Medication Assist competency desirable.
* Sound understanding of aged care and residents' rights and responsibilities.
* Commitment to supporting older people to live their best lives.
* Friendly, approachable manner and ability to work well in a team.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Availability to work afternoon and night shifts.
