Data Analyst Lead/Senior Data Analyst - Data Governance
Must have Telecommunications industry experience.
Responsibilities:
1. 10+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
2. 5+ years experience in Data Lifecycle Management, Data Governance, Data Strategy, and Risk/Compliance.
3. Demonstrable knowledge of applicable industry risk frameworks and data quality practices.
4. Telecommunications industry experience.
5. Knowledge of the Australian telco/multimedia/service industries.
Technical / Professional Skills:
1. Experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
2. Proficient in data analytics processes including data collection, ETL, data wrangling, data cleaning, data mining, data visualization, and data presentation using tools like Excel, Power BI, Python, and R.
3. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without direct reporting lines.
4. Change management skills to drive adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
5. Strong expertise in data management and governance roles, principles, processes, and procedures.
