Our client is looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with solid FMCG or food manufacturing experience who is comfortable across B2B and B2C, enjoys collaborating with agencies, and thrives being out in the market.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and deliver end-to-end marketing strategies across B2B and B2C, leading brand positioning, campaigns, and product launches
* Manage and collaborate with multiple external agencies and brokers, supporting product launches and gathering client feedback
* Take a hands-on leadership approach, guiding the team while contributing where needed
* Work closely with R&D and sales to drive new product development, market penetration, and business growth
* Plan, coordinate, and attend industry events, trade shows, festivals, and activations, while monitoring market trends, competitors, and campaign performance
About You
* Proven marketing experience within FMCG and/or food manufacturing, supported by a tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
* Strong hands-on experience across both B2B and B2C marketing environments
* Confident managing multiple projects, external agencies, and brand or multi-channel campaigns
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the brand at events and festivals
* Mandarin speaking, with a collaborative and commercially focused approach
