About the Role
As the Training Lead, you will own the design and execution of the end‑to‑end training and capability uplift strategy, supporting all phases of the program including design, build, migration, go‑live, and hypercare. You will partner closely with Change, Communications, technical teams, and business SMEs to embed new systems and ways of working across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead the Training Strategy and Training Roadmap aligned to program phasesConduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all impacted business areasDesign role‑based learning pathways (e.g. all staff, power users, specialist roles)Develop and oversee the delivery of blended learning solutions, including:Instructor‑led training (ILT)Virtual sessionseLearning modulesJob aids and performance support materialsWork collaboratively with Change & Communications, technical teams, and SMEsEstablish a train‑the‑trainer or scalable delivery modelDefine and track training effectiveness, readiness, and adoption metricsSupport cutover readiness and post‑go‑live capability upliftAbout YouSignificant experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Change/Training rolesDemonstrated success delivering training for enterprise-wide systems or platform transformationsStrong experience leading training for large‑scale technology or digital transformation programsAbility to translate technical concepts into simple, user‑focused learningProven expertise in instructional design and adult learning principlesExperience designing and delivering enterprise‑wide, role‑based learning programsStrong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in fast‑paced, multi‑stream environmentsExperience with Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, identity & access changes)Background in regulated or complex sectors (government, finance, health)Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or other change management frameworksExperience supporting low to medium digital literacy workforcesThe Benefits6-month initial contract with view to extendMarket day ratesHybrid working arrangement
