Requirements
You must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
Possess extensive knowledge of employment and industrial relations law, along with experience developing and implementing HR-related policies and procedures.
Strong coaching, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also required along with experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex issues.
