* Health Education Officer: $32.77 - $59-89 per hour
* Registered Nurse: $37.48 - $52.62 per hour
* Speech Pathologist (Lvl 1-2): $38.51 - $54.94 per hour
* Social Worker (Lvl 1-2): $38.51 - $54.94 per hour
* Physiotherapist (Lvl 1-2): $38.51 - $54.94 per hour
* Occupational Therapist (Lvl 1-2): $38.51 - $54.94 per hour
* Psychologist: $40.57 - $59.38 per hour
In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Coordinating multidisciplinary care to support each client's recovery, resettlement, and reintegration into the community through collaborative, client‐centred rehabilitation.
Join a specialist team within the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit (BIRU) at Liverpool Hospital and help transform the lives of clients living in the community. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting individuals recovering from brain injury through coordinated, client‐centred rehabilitation. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding each client's recovery journey.

Are You the Right Fit?
Role
You will excel in this role if you bring a strong clinical foundation and a passion for supporting people with brain injury through coordinated, client‐centred rehabilitation. We are looking for someone who has:
* A degree in a health‐related discipline, with eligibility for membership to the relevant professional association or registration with AHPRA where required.
* Experience in case management within brain injury services or a rehabilitation setting, with the ability to coordinate care across multiple providers and supports.
* Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to work independently while also contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team— including coordinating MDT functions when needed.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrated ability in interpersonal negotiation, conflict resolution, and the use of a broad range of software programs.
* Knowledge or experience with external funding bodies, such as iCare, CTP insurers, workers compensation schemes, and the NDIS, including an understanding of their guidelines and operational processes.

Selection Criteria

* Degree in health related discipline, which provides eligibility for membership to appropriate professional association or registration with AHPRA for relevant qualification if required
* Experience in Case Management of clients with brain injury or clients in a rehabilitation setting.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT), including the coordination of a MDT.
* Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and computer literacy in a range of programs.
* Demonstrated experience working with, or understanding of, external funding bodies such as iCare/CTP/workers compensation/NDIS, and their guidelines and processes.
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver\'s license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner\'s licenses are not permitted.
