About the role
Join the energetic team at Chevron Glass Pty Ltd as a Dispatch Coordinator. In this full-time role based in Royal Park, SA, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient dispatch of goods from our warehouses to customers across the region. This is a vital role that contributes to the overall success of our glass manufacturing and distribution operations.
What you'll be doing
* Liaise with customers to receive and process orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods
* Coordinate the packing, loading and dispatch of orders from our warehouses
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatched goods
* Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to optimise workflows
* Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to queries
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our dispatch and logistics processes
What we\'re looking for
* Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics or warehousing role, preferably in the glass industry
* Solid organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
* Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential
* A cooperative approach and the ability to work well within a team
* A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
* Australian work authorisation required for this position
