A Day In The Life
* Lead, support, and motivate the stewarding team to complete daily tasks to a high standard, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all shifts.
* Coordinate and actively participate in cleaning duties to maintain spotless kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
* Apply, monitor, and enforce food safety and hygiene procedures, maintaining full compliance with health and safety standards.
* Collaborate closely with the broader Food & Beverage team to support service operations and respond to changing operational demands.
* Assist with onboarding, training, and upskilling team members, fostering a positive, capable, and high‐performing team culture.
What You'll Bring
* Experience and knowledge of stewarding or kitchen operations.
* Strong understanding of hygiene standards and food safety requirements.
* Confidence in leading, training, and mentoring others.
* Ability to identify and manage safety hazards.
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (with weekday RDOs).
