About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Mount Isa. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport with customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
* Sound cash handling and EFTPOS skills
* Maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and assist with merchandising
* Work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Assist with stock control and quality management
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment
