Despite completing thousands of successful projects, our client has to date, flown below the radar, focusing on its projects rather than its brand. The new Branding and Communication Manager will be responsible for ensuring our client and its subsidiaries, have the brand image and profile required to enter the next stage of the businesses five year business plan.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for implementing our clients branding and communication strategies, taking direct responsibility for:
Coordinating strategic planning, working with a Communication Committee.
Managing the visual branding, in association with external designers.
Establishing and implementing a media relations strategy.
Establishing and implementing a social media strategy.
Planning and managing occasional promotions and events.
Drafting and producing the annual report and other documentation.
Requirements*
We are seeking someone with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in branding and communication and interest in the environment of Western
Australia.
Essential capabilities include:
Storytelling and content creation.
Copywriting for branding and commercial purposes.
Easy audio and video production.
Social and media planning and placement.
Traditional media relations.
Project management, as it relates to events and document production.
Graphic design (has an ability to do some level of design) and PowerPoint presentation
Project specific writing will be the responsibility of project managers and scientists working on the projects.Benefits*
