Join our team as a Senior Analyst at PKF A rare opportunity has become available for a candidate to join the Transaction Services division of one of Sydney's most dynamic Corporate Finance teams.
The opportunity We are seeking a talented individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join the Corporate Finance team at PKF in Sydney.
Our Corporate finance practice is made up of passionate people who offer high-quality clear-eyed analysis, strategic focus and disciplined execution to help clients renew and transform their mid-market enterprises.
The Transaction Services team works closely with our clients through the entire M&A lifecycle to deliver due diligence, financial analytics and advice on transaction related accounting matters, reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements and Investigating Accountant Reports in relation to Initial Public Offerings.
We work in a collaborative environment, giving you the opportunity to support our clients with sophisticated, M&A advice throughout the transaction and the opportunity to gain additional exposure to our M&A and valuations teams.

Fitness passport available; and What you need to apply Minimum 3 years' experience in transaction services or audit experience A bachelor's degree in accounting & finance (or equivalent).
CA qualified or equivalent A strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve complex problems in a structured and strategic manner.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and agile work environment, managing multiple priorities with agility and precision.
Expertise in excel analysis and report writing, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and actionable reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
