**As a Recruitment Lead your responsibilities will include**:
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and prospects
- Developing knowledge of role types within your specialised technology vertical
- Communicating steps and time frames of recruitment processes
- Developing and maintaining a prospective customer portfolio
- Generating and developing new business
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
**About You**
- 2+ years' experience in business management, sales, recruitment and/or marketing in a hands-on operational environment
- Strong business acumen
- Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and recruitment databases
- Exceptional communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
