About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Assistant to support our Store Manager with day-to-day operations and provide an exceptional in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members.
The ideal candidate will assist with retail sales, collect, sort, and price donations in store, help develop and coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation, provide outstanding customer service, display stock in correct departments, follow policy and procedure, adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures, and demonstrate our core values in all work-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with retail sales and operation of Point-of-Sale devices
* Collect, sort, and price donations in store
* Develop and coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Display stock in correct departments
* Follow policy and procedure
* Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
