Shine's Class Actions practice is one of Australia's largest and most respected, with an international footprint and a reputation for taking on complex, high-profile disputes. We've secured justice in landmark matters such as the First Nations Stolen Wages and Stolen Generations class actions, the Ruby Princess class action, and the Johnson & Johnson mesh class actions.
Now, we're entering an exciting new chapter. Class Actions is a strategic priority for Shine, and we're expanding into International Mass Torts (IMT) - a globally focused initiative, positioning Shine at the forefront of cross-border class action litigation. Our Melbourne team is the first spoke in a hub-and-spoke model that connects Australian class actions with litigation trends and funding opportunities in the US and beyond. This means you'll be part of a team that doesn't just respond to injustice - it anticipates it, shaping the future of plaintiff litigation on a global scale.
