**Box Office Supervisor**
**Permanent Part Time: 19 hours per week**
**Band 5: $39.70 -$45.64 per hour plus 12% Superannuation**

**_About the Role _**
- As a Box Office Supervisor with Latrobe City Council, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of ticketing from daily sales to reconciliation of events held at Council's creative venues with a focus on Gippsland Performing Arts Centre (GPAC), whilst providing supervision, guidance and support to all Box Office staff in the facility ensuring delivery of their specific duties. _
- The Box Office Supervisor you will liaise with stakeholders to establish ticketing for a variety of events across multiple venues, whilst maintaining accurate sales records, financial records, and manage the preparation, presentation, and settlement of all event box office statements. _
**_You will need: _**
- _Tertiary qualifications in Events, Performing Arts and Entertainment Industry or relevant field are desirable. _
- _At least three years' Box Office experience is required, and supervisory experience in this field is desirable _
- _High level of computer literacy, including extensive knowledge of the management of computerized ticketing systems _
- _A general enthusiasm for the creative arts and basic knowledge of theatre etiquette and procedures _
- _Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is desirable. _
