Enterprise Sales Professional
The Enterprise Sales Professional role is a key position in our sales team based in North Sydney. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can drive the growth of revenue, profitability, and market share by developing and executing sales strategies across our portfolio markets.
* Achieve bookings and revenue targets through large enterprise accounts within a specified region, sector, or set of accounts.
* Work on own initiative to build pipeline to size likely to convert into required target bookings.
* Initiate, plan, and execute necessary sales meetings to identify opportunities and progress the sales process in a timely manner from initial contact through to close.
* Maintain all reporting requirements and management systems up to date.
We require at least 6+ years of enterprise software sales experience in Contact Centre, CX, Self Service, AI, Automation, Analytics, or CRM/Desk Top technology solution sales experience including pipeline development and management, establishing and presenting compelling value propositions to potential customers.
You should be able to develop business relationships at a senior-level include key C-level Executives. You must have a demonstrable track record of sales success in opening and closing enterprise software solutions. Your ability to prospect, develop, and close sales deals through disciplined and systematic approach is essential. You should be able to seek out and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Experience in complex Ccaas/SaaS sales cycles for a Vendor is also desirable.
You will need to demonstrate standout communication and presentation skills, resilience in owning and seeing the whole sales process to the end, exceptional closing experience, and expertly navigate the complex buying processes of large Enterprise Organisations. Meeting and exceeding sales goals with a drive for sales success is highly regarded.
