The Position

Incredibly versatile role, which will see you take full control of the sales process and be a part of a vibrant and growing agency.

The successful applicant will possess;

* Current Qld Real Estate Licence
* Excellent personal presentation
* Excellent knowledge of current legislation
* A thorough understanding of the sales process
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be proactive
* Have excellent multi-tasking, organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* You will have excellent presentation
* Love working within a team, and possess a fun and energetic personality

Duties will include;

* Managing and booking appointments
* Preparing proposals and associated documentation
* Client management
* Keeping Clients updated on developments through the campaign from exchange to settlement (and beyond)
* Responding to purchaser inquiries and qualifying buyers
* Delivering impeccable customer service to clients and buyers
