Shift Supervisor Job Description

Built on 20+ years of experience, El Jannah has perfected a family-owned recipe of success. Our mission is to bring soulful Lebanese-Australian cuisine to our established cult-core.

As we continue to expand our menu to more locations, exciting opportunities become available. We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who is enthusiastic and able to manage a shift, make optimal store operations decisions, coach a dedicated team, and develop leadership skills.

Key responsibilities:

* You're a positive vibe and it's contagious. Bring high energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to every shift.
* Be adaptable and a strong team leader in a QSR environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideal skills and experience:

* Strong leadership experience in the retail or QSR restaurant industry.
* Completed Hospitality Qualifications (Preferred).
* Completed Food Safety Handling Certification (Preferred).
* Working to a high level of energy and efficiency.
* Be a favourable team player.
* Willingness to follow directions and procedures to align with our values.

Role Requirements

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1-3 years

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Environment: Fast-paced QSR restaurant
