We are seeking collaborative leaders who enjoy guiding a team and helping others grow. As Co-Coordinators, you will work collaboratively with a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.
This role is all about teamwork and leadership. You will create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
* You will take full ownership of the team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

About This Role
This permanent, fulltime role offers 38 hours per week for both our Coordinators, including non-contact admin hours, providing a fantastic opportunity to develop and collaborate on your leadership skills.
As a Coordinator, you'll work across fortnightly rosters with split shifts one week and block shifts the next – Week 1: Split Shifts, Monday to Friday across the service's operating hours of:
• 6:30-8:50am (Rise then Shine)
• 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
Plus, additional non-contact hours (your choice of morning or afternoon). Week 2: Block shifts—8 hour shifts each day. You will also work block shifts during school holidays (Holiday HQ program).
