Seeking multiple Trailer Mechanics to join our Perth depot on a 7/7 roster.
This hands‐on role focuses on maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of trailers and transport equipment. You'll carry out servicing, fault finding, and repairs across key systems including brakes, suspension, air systems, and trailer electrical components. What You'll Be Doing
* 7/7 rotating roster – 7 day shifts, 7 days off, 7 night shifts, 7 days off.
* Perform servicing, inspections, and repairs on a range of trailers and transport equipment.
* Service and maintain braking, suspension, axle, and air systems.
* Carry out trailer wiring and lighting repairs.
* Replace and maintain parts in line with safety and maintenance standards.
* Ensure trailers are roadworthy and operational to minimise fleet downtime.
What You'll Bring
* Rail‐qualified Trailer Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, or relevant trailer industry experience.
* Proven experience working on trailer brakes, suspension, axles, and air systems.
* Experience with trailer wiring and lighting systems.
* Strong fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a workshop environment.
