About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Kollosche administrative team, to provide support in all administrative tasks. Including but not limited to:

* Preparing and managing Form 6's and Contracts
* Managing the administration and marketing of property campaigns
* Liaising with suppliers and vendors
* Compliance management
* Client relationship management
* Settlement and post settlement management

You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work to deadlines and manage your time effectively. You will be a part of a collaborative administration team and you will also have the ability to work autonomously.

About you

* You will have a proven track record with at least 2 years' experience in a real estate administration role
* You will have a high degree of time management skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
* You will have an eye for detail in your work and also in your presentation and personal standards
* You will have a high degree of personal accountability, strive to achieve your KPI's and own your results
* Experience with Agent Boxwill be held in high regard but is not essential.
