About the role:
We are seeking an Accreditation Client Manager to support general medical practices through their accreditation journey.
You will work directly with medical practices guiding them through the accreditation process from initial onboarding through to certification. This involves supporting them to understand quality standards and accreditation requirements and translate these into practical actions. You will manage multiple practices who are at different stages in the accreditation process, requiring closing monitoring, communication and organising to ensuring that each practice is progressing and on-track.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting practices through the accreditation cycle.
* Providing clear, practical guidance on standards and accreditation requirements.
* Assisting clients to undertake self-assessments and to prepare for audits.
* Reviewing client documentation and providing actionable feedback.
* Maintaining regular follow-up to ensure progress.
* Supporting practices that may lack time or be disengaged.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in approach.

* An ability to evaluate/assess information against standards and guidelines.

* Strong written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Experience working in a quality and continuous improvement environment would be beneficial.
