ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Melbourne, VIC. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with allied health clinics, sporting organisations, and performance facilities, identifying their performance, rehabilitation, and athlete development equipment needs, and delivering tailored equipment solutions aligned to their clinical and performance goals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, generating leads through outbound outreach and inbound enquiries, conducting product presentations and equipment demonstrations, and providing a high standard of professional customer support. The role also involves achieving sales targets, staying current with industry developments in allied health, rehabilitation, and performance training, and collaborating with the broader Performaxx team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Proactive cold outreach to physiotherapy clinics, allied health practices, sporting clubs, academies, and performance facilities
* Management and conversion of inbound sales enquiries
* Building and maintaining strong professional relationships across allied health and sport
* Booking and delivering product presentations and equipment demonstrations
* Identifying customer needs and providing tailored equipment recommendations
* Educating clients on performance, rehabilitation, prehab, and flywheel training applications
* Achieving activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
* Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting
* Representing the Performaxx brand professionally at meetings, events, and demonstrations

* Wants to build a long-term career in performance equipment sales and distribution
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
* Allied health or performance-related qualification OR current tertiary study toward one
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confidence speaking with clinicians, coaches, and decision-makers
* Willingness to perform regular cold outreach and prospecting
* Based in Melbourne with a full driver's licence
* Full Australian working rights
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. Full training and product education will be provided.
