Automotive Service Advisor Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Service Professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our service department.
* This role involves collaborating with the Service Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department, maximizing efficiency and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Supervise all daily activities in a busy workshop, ensuring it operates at optimal capacity and meets established goals.
* Liaise with the Parts Manager to guarantee timely delivery of parts and services.
* Foster exceptional customer relationships while leading a team of technicians.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to interpret complex information. They must be reliable, enthusiastic, and possess a strong work ethic, able to motivate and support their team, drive results, and improve business processes.
