Overview
Our client is a leading name nationally across HVAC Building Services. They have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical projects across the Healthcare, Defence, Data Centres and Infrastructure sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Adelaide team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially astute Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover, working alongside a well-established and supportive leadership team.
Responsibilities
* Managing mechanical HVAC projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
* Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, builders, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
* Oversee project procurement, design coordination and drawing approvals
* Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, variations and financial reporting
* Lead project meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor project programmes, milestones and workforce planning
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements and company standards
* Drive WHS compliance and maintain a strong safety culture across all projects
* Manage commissioning, defects and client handover processes
* Mentor and support project teams where required
Qualifications
We would love to talk to candidates with experience in roles such as Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Mechanical Project Manager with other Tier 1, 2 Mechanical HVAC Contractors. We would also be happy to hear from candidates with a services background from Tier 1 Builders.
Salary
Salary range: $*K plus super and package. This is an opportunity to work for a leading Tier 1 Contractor on some of the most exciting projects across Adelaide.
