Your New Role
As Clinical Manager, you will take ownership of clinical governance, quality systems, and care delivery across the facility. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will lead from the front- embedding safe, compliant, person-centred care while supporting and developing your nursing team.
Your impact will be visible across compliance outcomes, team capability, and, most importantly, resident experience.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Leading all aspects of clinical care delivery and governanceEnsuring full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirementsDriving infection prevention and control practicesOverseeing assessments, care planning, and clinical documentationLeading audits, quality indicators, and continuous improvement initiativesSupporting complex clinical decision-making and admissionsPartnering on workforce planning and operational strategy
To Be Successful You Will Have
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registrationMinimum 5 years’ senior nursing experience within Residential Aged CareStrong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirementsDemonstrated experience managing non-compliance and driving improvementConfident leader who supports, mentors, and holds teams accountableHigh attention to detail with exceptional documentation standards
