Job Details
Position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro‐rated to your contracted or ordinary working hours; payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme. This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements to attract and retain staff in these areas.

What You'll Be Doing
* Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, provide safe, compassionate, person‐centred care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality care outcomes for patients and clients.
* Work within your own scope of practice and seek support, learning and education where required.

Responsibilities & Requirements
* Current endorsed Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care within a multi‐disciplinary team.
* Demonstrated application of evidence‐based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualised person‐centred care.
* Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing your own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
* Demonstrated commitment to work and partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, families and employees to enhance health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
* Evidence of participation in your own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing your skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
* Demonstrated understanding of evidence‐based best practice and its contribution to changing practice and policies within the organisation.
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
