WhatYou'll Be Doing:
As a Paint Spot Assistant Manager, you will play a hands‐on leadership role that empowers a high performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service and consistent operational excellence.
You will help drive profitable growth by coaching your team, optimising store performance and fostering a culture where people take ownership, contribute ideas and run the business with pride.
This role will see you influence daily operations, develop your leadership capability and make a real impact in a dynamic trade environment.
This is a Full‐time role based at our Paint Spot Sunshine Store.

WhatWe're Looking for:
* A hands‐on leader who enjoys coaching others, building teamwork and helping people grow.
* Experienced in trade, paint or retail sales is preferred with strong product knowledge and customer service skills.
* Confident interpreting store performance measures and driving results through daily actions.
* Strong understanding of OH&S requirements with commitment to safe, compliant operations.
* Organised, thorough and proactive, with the ability to improve processes, solve problems and support operational excellence.
