Purpose of the Role
As a Store Manager at Aesop Marion, you will be responsible for the success and development of a new space, opening in 2026. Alongside your Senior Leader, team and various stakeholders, the role will drive performance in a new location by assessing and building the customer base and, building brand awareness in a new market.
Working full-time on-site on a Tuesday–Saturday roster, you will be responsible for budgeting, store-specific marketing, and building the store's client base, as well as choreographing the daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants. The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to steward this role with diligence, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
* Manage the success and development of a new store space opening in 2026.
* Collaborate with Senior Leader, team and stakeholders to drive performance and build brand awareness in a new market.
* Oversee budgeting, store-specific marketing, and the development of the store's client base.
* Choreograph the daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants to ensure operational excellence.
What we are looking for
Qualifications
* Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment
* Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment
* History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
* Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships
* Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
* Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills
