Permanent Childcare Educator | Kawana
Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Educator to join our Kawana team. You will support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs for all children.
We currently have multiple positions available across various rooms within the centre, including Junior Toddler (12m - 2yo), Senior Toddler (2-3yo), Kindy (4+yo), and Float.

About the role:
This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday. As a Childcare Permanent Educator, you will develop meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support children’s learning while developing your career within the childcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high health and safety standards
* Facilitate learning experiences for your assigned group of children
* Observe and evaluate children's individual strengths, interests, and preferences
* Design and implement activities for children's developmental programs
* Participate in a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
About you:
You are a creative, inspired early childhood educator passionate about leading and developing age-specific programs and routines. You will work collaboratively with team members, building strong relationships with educators, children, and families.
Key skills and requirements:
* An ACECQA-recognized Certificate III, Diploma, or higher qualification
* Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
