The Opportunity
We have multiple opportunities for diligent individuals to contribute to effective customer service, operations, maintenance, program instruction and pool supervision at BVSC‑managed Aquatic Facilities.
About You
We are seeking individuals who have experience relevant to the operations of community pools and aquatic centres, including customer service, lifeguarding, learn‑to‑swim, swim coaching and/or gym and fitness facilities, and hold appropriate qualifications.
These are seasonal casual positions working varying hours.
The total hourly remuneration package for these positions commences from $40.05 – $48.92* gross per hour (inclusive of superannuation and casual loading), comprising of:
* $28.61 – $34.94* per hour base salary
* $7.15 – $8.74* per hour casual loading
* $4.29 – $5.24* per hour superannuation (calculated at 12%)
