We are in the process of growing our team in Victoria and are looking for a driven, sales‐focused, energetic salesperson to join our team offering customers huge energy savings. The Energy Efficiency Industry is exploding. Customer interest in saving money is at an all‐time high and sales conversion rates are climbing week on week.

You will be responsible for
* Setting realistic goals, financial comparisons and overcoming objections
* Engaging owners through outbound telephone sales, quoting and sizing systems (solar, batteries and heat pumps), and closing the sale
* Maintaining and updating CRM

* Strong interest in helping people
* Exceptional listening skills
* Ability to clearly communicate concepts to the layperson over the phone and in person if required
* Ability to keep track of customers in a CRM system
* Interest in renewable energy
* A positive, upbeat attitude
* Willingness to learn and take coaching
* Ability to think creatively about ways to improve the customer experience
* Have a professional manner with strong relationship building skills
