We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and execution across Australia and the USA for a fast-growing global brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both strategy and delivery — owning digital planning, campaigns, platforms, and performance, while leading a small Melbourne-based team and partnering closely with Brand, Ecommerce, and regional leaders.
About the Role
Reporting to the CMO, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering digital marketing activity across paid, owned, and on-site channels, driving growth, optimising customer experience, and ensuring brand consistency across markets.
You'll also directly manage the US DTC Shopify site ) and play a key role in improving traffic, conversion, and performance outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own the digital marketing strategy, planning, and implementation for AU and USA
* Translate brand and commercial objectives into clear channel strategies, plans, and budgets
* Lead and develop a Melbourne-based Digital Marketing team
* Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across paid media, owned channels, CRO, CRM, and on-site optimisation
* Manage global social media platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok), including access, permissions, and usage guidelines
* Oversee global digital marketing tools and platforms, ensuring best-practice setup and governance
* Directly manage the US Shopify DTC site, taking responsibility for key performance targets
* Partner with Ecommerce teams to align digital activity with trading calendars, promotions, and product priorities
* Ensure best-practice execution across website UX, content, landing pages, and conversion pathways
* Deliver monthly digital performance reporting and insights for AU and USA
* Work cross-functionally with Brand, Ecommerce, IT, and agency partners
What We're Looking For
* 5-7+ years' experience in digital marketing, including team leadership
* Strong experience planning and executing digital marketing across multiple markets
* Proven capability across paid media, CRO, CRM, and website optimisation
* Experience working with Shopify and DTC ecommerce environments
* Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and optimisation skills
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
* Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related discipline
