About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to support two senior leaders at the forefront of infrastructure and digital innovation within Hunter New England Health.
As Executive Assistant to the Executive Directors of Infrastructure, Planning & Sustainability and Information Communication & Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping two complex and fast-moving portfolios running smoothly.
You'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support, manage correspondence and communications, coordinate meetings and travel, and act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
This is a dynamic role that requires initiative, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
Manage correspondence, diaries, meetings, and travel for two Executive Directors.
Draft and coordinate high-quality documentation, agendas, and correspondence.
Provide professional secretariat support to committees and key meetings.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior staff and external stakeholders.
Exercise sound judgement and initiative to manage priorities and issues independently.
About You
You're a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a busy environment and can handle competing priorities with confidence and discretion.
You have:
Proven experience supporting senior executives in a complex organisation.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and strong general technology proficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality.
