About the role

The Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for consumers and visitors, both at reception and over the phone. You'll provide responsive and welcoming front-of-house services that reflect GPHs values while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hub.

Based in Young, this position is a full-time opportunity, with the option to enjoy a monthly RDO.

Duties

* Provide responsive and professional front-of-house services
* Provide administration and business systems support for the overall day-to-day functioning of the office.
* Work collaboratively with local service delivery teams and other administrative staff to provide support for programs.

Skills & Experience

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/office administration (or working towards) and/or experience in an administrative role
* Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to be approachable, helpful and respectful
* Strong attention to detail, ability to be flexible and open to learning new skills
* Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities in a busy office environment
