I'm looking for a
genuine Business Analyst
(proper BA craft, not a "note taker") to join a
Payments, Affordability & Collections
team.
This role sits right in the engine room of
credit capabilities
, credit risk management and collections and will suit someone who's comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams, especially where data and integration are involved.
What you'll be doing
* Run end-to-end BA activities:
requirements gathering, workshops, stakeholder engagement
* Produce high-quality BA artefacts:
BRDs
, user stories, process flows, etc.
* Support delivery across
Credit Risk Management
and
Credit Collections
capabilities
* Work on
integration-focused analysis
including
data analysis and mapping
* Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements the team can build from
What I'm looking for
* Strong experience as a
Business Analyst
in complex environments (financial services / credit / collections ideal)
* Confidence writing solid documentation (BRDs, functional requirements) and running workshops
* Experience with
data analysis, mapping, and integration
requirements
* Comfortable working with a strong Product Owner and senior stakeholders — pragmatic, clear communicator, gets things done
