Manage risk across the entire organisational lifecycle - development, management, and advancement of the company's Risk Management Framework.
A robust risk management culture at every level will drive proactive and effective risk management practices throughout the organisation.
The role will ensure that regulatory, legislative and compliance requirements are met through risk and assurance support.
This will include risk workshops, business continuity plans and testing, compilation of Lead Risk Committee papers, management of compliance obligations register, coordinating the update of policies and procedures etc.
Conduct Business Impact Assessments, working with relevant business areas in ensuring they have up-to-date BCPs including development and implementation of a testing program.
Provide assistance in coordinating crisis simulation exercises including updating the Crisis Management Plan. Manage and administer the fraud analytic platform on behalf of the Group including provision of support to the business and training and ensuring Enterprise Risk system is up to date.
Suitable candidates will have tertiary degree qualifications in Business or a related discipline with a minimum 5 – 10 years' experience in risk management and demonstrated prior experience with ISO 31000:2018.
You will have experience in risk management, compliance, and audit frameworks and ability to interpret legislation and an understanding of compliance frameworks.
Confidence in preparation of Board papers/business cases and ability to build relationships with people at all levels required.
Financial acumen and high level of competency with major software packages including MS Office, Power BI preferred.
