Position Summary: Responsible for administration of the Field Service group.
Position Responsibilities:
* Builds and maintains relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people as directed
* Maintain Service site on SESCOshare to include:
* Service Requests
* Work project updates
* Upload panel schedules and one lines
* Maintain email
* RMA organization
* Create expense reports by project for Field Service Techs to turn over to project administrator
* Inventory management for field service parts
* SESCO Tech Support number, first point of contact
* Maintain knowledge of currently represented products
* Create and distribute final project documents as needed
* Other Duties as assigned by manager
Essential Skills:
* Must possess 1 year of experience in construction related field
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
* Excellent follow-up skills required
* Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and BlueBeam experience a plus
* Travel to factories as needed for product training
