About the Role
ACQ Projects is looking for an experienced Painter to join our team. This role involves working across retirement village refurbishments, commercial projects and residential renovations. You'll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality finishes and professional workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces and complete painting works to a high standard
* Carry out patching, sanding, cutting-in, rolling and spray painting where required
* Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work environment
* Work to project timelines and coordinate with site supervisors and trades
* Follow safety procedures and comply with building and WHS standards
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Painter in construction, refurbishment or maintenance environments
* Keen attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* Trade qualification preferred but not essential if experience is strong
